The first humans to visit Narnia were Digory Kirke and Polly Plummer, in The Magician's Nephew. The second group was Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy Pevensie who first visited in The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe and became the Kings and Queens for many years until they accidently stumbled upon England again. A year later they re-entered Narnia in the book Prince Caspian, to save the land from the Telmarines. Edmund and Lucy came a third time with their cousin Eustace Scrubb in The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. Eustace and his friend Jill Pole came back in The Silver Chair. In The Last Battle all but Susan (who'd stopped believing) returned to a glorious new Narnia, and lived in peace forever and ever.

Yes, there is a lion named Aslan in "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" by C.S. Lewis. Aslan plays a central role in the story as a wise and powerful character who represents good and righteousness.
Narnia is not a book; it is a country that exists in a series of 7 books called The Chronicles of Narnia. Aslan had many destinations throughout the series.
Aslan is the lion, who resembles Jesus in the cronicles of narnia.

Yes
The Chronicles of Narnia is a set of 7 books but I think you're talking about The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. If so:It's probably when Aslan returns from the dead (although he really wasn't) and rescues the children from the White Witch. Or when they emerge from the wardrobe many years later and are still the same age. But for me it's when Lucy first opened the door of the wardrobe and she finds herself in a new world... Narnia.
Aslan the Great Lion appears in all 7 books of the Chronicles of Narnia. The book that most people are familiar with is The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, which was the first of the 7 books that was published.
