In the third part of Westing's will it says the heir who wins the windfall will be the one who finds the fourth and 4 character's names are Barney NORTHrup, Sandy McSOUTHers, Julian EASTman, and Samuel WESTing. So, Turtle realizes that Westing was all of this people is disguise. Later, Samuel Westing dies of old age.
