Why can't Susan and Peter return to Narnia?

Aslan tell Susan and Peter that they are too old to return, and that they have learned everything they can "from this world". It is time for them to move on, to find who Aslan is in their own world.

Peter and susan aren't the last ones to leave Narnia! What happens is that aslan tells peter and susan (in the episode prince Caspian) that tis will be their last trip to Narnia this is because they are getting to old Lucy and Edmund do have a couple more trips there.

It's explained in "The Last Battle" that Susan became too obsessed with material things and the things of the world. She allowed these thoughts to overwhelm what she learnt as a child and Queen of Narnia.

Later, in The Last Battle, it is revealed that Susan has truned aside from what she learnt in Narnia, and embraced the materialism of her world, discounting their adventures in Narnia as "fairytales". She represents the Christian who is easily lured from their faith by worldly things.
