Rosalie dislikes Edward because from when she first met him she was offended. Edward was all like "Rosalie Hale?" to Carlisle because he did not like her. Rosalie found this offensive because Edward started saying how this was a bad choice. (read Eclipse) Plus, Rosalie is jealous that Edward decided to love Bella, and find her beautiful. At first Rosalie just though Edward was messed up, because she wanted to be thought as the prettiest and Edward did not like her in that way. When Edward showed no preferance for ANYONE Rosalie felt fine with it. Of course, Bella shows up in his life and all that is proven wrong, so she is jealous which brings out anger. Then again, Rosalie blames Edward for all this secrecy stuff (when it really is jealousy) because he IS the one to blame and none of these emotions would be happening. If you have not noticed, jealousy can make you angry and mean to someone for no reason. So that is why. I am not going to spoil to much because all of this is answered in Eclipse.
