No one can get on it. Therefore it is either a glitch in the sever or the website just wont launch.
To create a Warrior Cats RPG, you can start by defining the game mechanics, setting, and rules based on the Warrior Cats book series. Develop a system for character creation, role-playing, and combat. Consider using platforms like forums or online RPG builders to host the game and engage players in the Warrior Cats universe.

It is difficult to determine the exact site with the most members as it can vary frequently based on active users. Some popular warrior cats roleplay sites with large member bases include Warrior Cats Online, FeralFront, and Warrior Cats RPG.
Umm... It's a forum, so you roleplay and post.
Try Kugyay.com with an active Xat box to RP on. :3
Of coarse there is! just type in what ever animal rpg you want on google and you should find your answer. I recommand this one personally for a warrior cats rpg: http://warriorcatsarpg.proboards49.com/
Most likely i bet you could find a RPG that involves being or mabye training tigers
There are warrior cats RP sites, but no actual game where you can be a warrior and walk around. I suggest making an account on Animal Jam, WOlfQuest, or Feral Heart. They make warrior cats clans and they are actual game sites. They may make a warriors game if they even come out with a movie.

I don't know if there is one for the adventure game, but I know there is the forums which is like a chat, and on the other warriors website (warriors wish, something like that) has a shoutbox.
