If said 15 year old girl and 17 year old boy have sexual intercourse then yes. If this sex was unprotected then there is obviously more chance pregnancy may occur. If you used contraception you will probably be safe, but the only 100% effective form of contraception is abstenence (not having sex).

Obviously as long as you have started your periods. Depending on the time in your cycle you had sex alters the chances.
