How do you deal with an immature 14 year old brat?

She made me buy her shoes, dinner, and mountain dew (she expected to buy it herself with a quarter). She considered the mountain dew i had was "undrinkable" because it was warm and she refused 2 put ice in it.

Also, at the midnight premiere of eclipse, my bff's mom waited 20-25 min for her cherry Sprite. When they got back, she had taken my bff's seat and was like HAHAHHAHHAHAHA I took your seat :D. Then she refused to move. Then my bff's mom gave her her soda and she wanted her to take it back and miss like half the movie to buy her a new soda because they messed up her soda! Its not like there were 200 more orders they had to fill.

Another thing is, she was DUMB enough to wear heels to school. (She walked to school with me that day.) She complained that they hurt the entire 20 min. walk there. Then she invited herself to my house. I only let her because she helped me carry all my make up work home. She complained the entire 25 min. to my house, ablut the books and her feet. Then she has the NERVE to make me buy her shoes. Then she me buy her $12 pasta because she doesnt like anything else on the menu. I was niaeve enough at the time to deal with it.

She owes me close to 60-100 dollars. She owes my bff over $300. She doesn't have a job, and will never pay us back. I don't know how to deal with it anymore.
