I caught my 15 year old son in bed with a 15 year old girl three times each time they were not using protection what can I do or say to convince him he should not be having intercourse at his age?

Personally it seems quite evident that convincing him of not doing that will not work. The best you could do in my opinion was to convince him of using condoms. Explain to him how risky sex without a condom is, how easy it is to get a girl pregnant without wanting to, and how devestating a pregnancy at such an age is for both the girl and the boy.

Its quite simple. He is fifteen years old and he has got GAME (meaning he can get multiple girls). There is no way your going to be able to convinve him to stop, as his urges are greater then his fear of punishment. Im sorry, but all you can really do is try to convince him to use protection. At this point, he is sooo lucky he hasn't gotten a girl pregnant or caght an STD
