the 18 year old can be charged with statuary rape even if the girl consented it's the law and the state will lay the charges
if the teen is having problems with his/her family they should talk to someone if she/he does go to live with there family and the parents do not know where they are and they find out they could post u as a runaway and press charges on the family also they can get them for kidnapping..........so talk to someone
No, you can't. Being pregnant does not emancipate a minor. If you leave home, your parents can file a police report and have you picked up and returned home. If Boyfriend takes you in/assist you, then he could be facing charges for doing so (possibly harboring a runaway/custodial inference/enticing a child). By the way, the age of sexual consent in TX is 17, so Boyfriend might be facing charging for that as well.
it depends on how old the child is but it basically says that 17 is the legal age to leave home but you can also still be charged but there is a diffucult thing to that if you show that the child is not harmed in anyway and is being taking care of better then his/her parents i am sure you can show them that you are capable of having this child but if this child is under 17 then you can defently get into trouble with the law NO DOUBT!! better check with the child parents before this child gets you into A LOT OF TROUBLE!!!
The fact that you have a child is irrelevant. Having a child does not give you any adult rights. Until you turn 18, you are subject to your parents' control, meaning they get to decide where you live.
It is possible, it depends on the laws of the region...
Your boyfriend could be in trouble if your parents press charges.
as long as no one's parents press charges then it can't be taken into the law.
I've not heard of "lateness" being a crime, but if some locality has such a law, I suppose charges could be pressed. I think there'd be plenty of attorneys willing to take that on just for the fun of it, though.
I assume he's a single father, rather than divorced? This is one of the problems created by having children outside marriage. You father will need to file for custody, otherwise he can be charged with abduction and harboring a runaway. Send him the Dads House link below, and read the other two links yourself.
In case of a divorce the judge would let you decide between your parents but in any other situation it's up to your parents until you are 18.
Bella's parents are not in the room when she is having her baby.
Stop having sex with a 14 year old.
