I asked a doctor about this question and this is what I said and how he replied Question: What age is considered to be a preteen Answer : Well that is an great question, the answer is 10, 11, 12 (The reason why is because those numbers are double digets that don't have the word teen. anything above 19 is considered a grownup. the numbers 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19) :)
