There is no particular "regular" size. It depends on whether or not you have reached puberty, and even then, there is no specifically "correct" size. Many 11 year olds are not even in need of this type of undergarment yet.

i am actually a bit short for my age and i am pretty skinny but i still wear a cup size bra,

maybe you should wear either sports Bras or maybe trainners.

if your gonna wear a cup size bra, go with a size 28aa or 36aaa

An 11 year old girl should regally wear a 12a padded bra for support. But it depends if your breasts are to small for a 12a but normally 11 year old girls do wear a12a size bra.
