In English there are no masculine or feminine forms. English uses gender specific nouns for male or female.

The noun youth is a common gender noun, as a word for the time of life when one (male or female) is young; and as a word for young people (male and female) in general.

When the noun youth is used to refer to a young male, there is no equivalent word to refer to a young female.
