If your a ward of the state you can still get in trouble up until your 21, unless you stay in hiding for a certain amount of time and then your case will be dismissed. All I have to say is don't run because in the end you will need your education and no one wants to be homeless. Even if you have somewhere to go, your plan could fall through for any reason. People helping you out can get into trouble as well. Patience is a key virtue. :)
