Its hard to know without seeing a picture, but this could be describing a wolf spider, but its more likely an orb spider based off the limited information.
According to a website that i just visited (the bug man??) this spider could be what is called a false black widow. I too had a question about this specific description of spider- as I recently found FOUR of them within three days in the same area in my house. According to the bug man, this spider actually eats black widows and something else called a sow bug. Hope this is helpful
A green garden spider, also known as the orb-weaver spider, has a bright green body with yellow spots or markings. It also has a large, round abdomen and long, skinny legs. This spider is known for its intricate orb-shaped webs.
First, get a wolf spider, a fly, and a camera. Place the spider and fly into a jar with lid. Watch until the spider grabs the fly and take picture. Thats all there is to it!

Honey, I haven't seen that specific picture, but I'm sure somewhere out there in the vast world of the internet, someone has posted a photo of a girl dressed like a green spider jamming out with headphones on. It's a wild world out there, so anything is possible!
