This completely depends on people's opinions. Cats can be very friendly, polite, quiet but at the same time a good companion. Whereas dogs can be very comforting, friendly and can be good protection. But, both cats and dogs are good. They both understand your feeling and can bring joy to your life.

That depends on who you ask. Personally, I'm more of a dog person, and I hate cats too! It also depends on your life style. If you're gone a lot of the time, a cat may be better for you, though you'd still need to give them love and affection! Dogs take more of your time because you have to walk them every day.

Cats are WAY BETTER! They are cheaper, they are smarter, cleaner, more indaoendent, cuter, more agile, and BETTER! they can be left are home for about 12x longer then you can dogs, you dont have to walk them when its raining or snowing out, they dont roll around in the mud and get your bed all messy, they dont bark really loud in the middle of the night, they clean themselves, and cats dont kill eachother, but big dogs will sometimes kill small dogs! GET A CAT!
