I was just doing an internet search for the same answer...but just realized my original recipe says to use 4 6-oz chicken breasts. So I guess if you can say 1 chicken breast is 6 ounces, just do the math for how ever many ounces you have of chicken breasts. I also did a search and it said one boneless chicken breast weighed between 3 and 4 oz.
