Yes they have an internal skeleton, making them vertebrates. They inflate by sucking water into themselves, filling a bladder like organ. the spines you see are not bones per say nor an exoskeleton, but rather specially mutated scales. They are not attached to the skeleton in any way.

Very definitely a fish! An echinoderm is a creature like the sea urchin; i.e. an invertabrate with a hard, spiny exoskeleton, or like the sea cumcumber; i.e. a slow-growing invertabrate that lives primarily on the sea floor.

Yes , it is vertebrate because it possess a vertebral column made up of bony vertebrae . Like other vertebrates it also possess a cranium, all vertebrates are craniates also . It belongs to Actinopterigii (Ray finned fishes ) .
