As of yesterday, 12/16/12, on the way home from Big Bear at around three in the afternoon my wife and I came across a herd of 8 Big Horn sheep crossing Highway 18 about ten miles south of the town of Lucerne. It is the first time we have ever seen thesse elusive animals and never truly thought we would. We stopped and took about twenty photos of these beautiful creatures - you can see them on our blog: JandLResearchand Exploration - the story and photos should be up by Wednesday or Thursday of this week (17th).
