Stormrose says:"Power lines are encased in a rubber tube, much like any other electrical wires, such as the ones in a set of headphones, or a lamp cord. The birds feet are not actually touching the live wires, so they aren't getting shocked. ITS PATHGrowtheTruth says:Absolutely ridiculous AND completely wrong! LOL! Sorry...The reason why birds don't get electrocuted is because electricity has to flow from something to something. Birds only sit on one wire with their feet touching it, which means that there is no connectivity to the electrical flow, thus not completing the electrical path. The electricity would have no way to travel through the bird. There is always the potential for a bird to be electrocuted, though. If one bird were to touch another bird or wire while perched on the line or if a bigger bird (with a larger wing span) were to touch the wire with its wingtips, then the circuit would be completed and would flow through their bodies, which would most likely kill them. Also, it can be said that, should someone grab a power line with both hands at the exact (and I do mean exact) same time, while their feet are not on the ground and nottouching anything else, with no other body part touching the power line (or anything else for that matter) while holding on, and then they were to let go at exactly the same time, without touching the ground first...then that person would survive with no injuries!Apex- Birds sitting on a single power line don't get shocked because there is no path for current to flow to the ground
Adult Male Lions are known to consume upto 30 kilograms of meat in a single sitting. Female lions usually eat much lesser than this. If they cant devour their kill in a single meal, they usually guard the kill and feed on it for days together. For ex: a single Buffalo may feed the whole family or a few individuals for few days.
Plants are multicellular organisms because they have specialized structures and cells that perform specific functions. This allows them to efficiently carry out processes like photosynthesis, growth, and reproduction. Single-celled organisms lack this specialization and are limited in the complexity of tasks they can perform.
Because if they didn't, predators would eat them to extinction.
No they can't because it has a single pit in the middle
Birds are not good conductors of electricity. Their cells and tissues do not offer electrons an easier route than the copper wire they are already travelling along
Birds sitting on a single powerline don’t get shocked because they are at the same electrical potential as the wire, so there is no voltage difference to create a current through their bodies. However, if a bird were to touch two powerlines simultaneously, it would create a path for electricity to flow through its body due to the voltage difference between the lines. This can result in a dangerous shock, as the current would seek to balance the voltage difference.

Nope he isn't single, his girlfriend lives by me we met Bart (Jonny) a week ago and was totally shocked when we fount out who his girlfriend was!
In simple words we can say that when birds sit on the single conducting wire then there is not closed path&when it touch both conductor at a time then closed path forms & birds die due to shock
Is there any single sitting, correspondence degree in Bangalore or anywhere else ?
They both do. Voltage is a measure of electrical pressure. Amperage is a measure of electrical flow (current) (amount of electricity flowing). High voltage by itself will not kill you but will leave a nasty taste in your mouth. At the right pressure your heart can be stopped though by a single amp.
Pon De Replay is her current hit single.
I am currently single.
Based on the current interviews it appears that he is indeed single Based on the current interviews it appears that he is indeed single for real is he single
