No they cannot. Guineas can not have any people food. They would get very sick, if they had any food from people. Their diets strictly consist of veggies, fruits, high quality pellets, and hay.

∙ 15y agoof course they can. commercial guinea pig foods like pellets are made of grain. i know this from experience because i have three guinea pigs that eat commercial pellets.
