A Pony Luver
That all depends on how well it is trained. Some 10hh ponies can jump 3 feet, while there are some 16hh horses that can't jump at all. I would say around 3'6" to 4' is what most trained 14hh ponies can jump, unless they are more athletic.
15-17 hands high. Actually, a palomino horse can be almost any normal horse height. Palomino horses are color breeds, meaning that they have no physical characteristics other than their height to define them from other breeds. I have seen extremely short palominos as well as extremely tall ones ranging from around 10hh to 17hh.
Under 10hh.
The only difficulty would be in the size difference. However, the genetics of both individuals is the same and artificial insemination could easily result in a pregnancy.
Horses are measured in hands. 1 Hand = 4 inches. HH or hh = Hands High. Example of a growing pony: 9HH, 9.1HH, 9.2HH, 9.3HH, 10HH, 10.1HH, 10.2HH, 10.3HH, 11HH, 11.1HH, 11.2HH, 11.3HH, 12HH

A hand refers to approx 4", so it would depend on how tall the horse is.Most ponies are 9 - 14 hands (36" to 56" at the withers)Horses are 14.1 - 18 hands (avg 15 - 16 hands)It is usually abbreviated hh = hands high

Miniture Ponies are great for little kids as they are obviously small, and very well natured. Miniture Ponies range in sizes sepending on how tall their mothers were/are. Some range from 10HH (hands high) to about 15HH. Hope this helps
