Almost no fish can live without a pump. Unless you don't care if it live do four hours. A catfish can live in a 5 gallon tank for maybe a month. Then you would have to buy a bigger tank. The smallest catfish grows to about 5-6 inches. A good thumb rule: 1 inch of fish per gallon. I hope this helped! :):)
Tropical fish can survive without an air pump for a few hours to a day, depending on factors such as water quality, temperature, and fish species. It is important to reintroduce aeration as soon as possible to prevent stress and oxygen depletion in the tank.
A goldfish does not need an airpump, it needs 3 stage filtration and good water movement from something such as a box filter and/or power heads. A goldfish, however, is not suited for a 5 gallon tank. 10 gallons per goldfish is the recommended minimum, as they grow very large and require more oxygen than almost any other fish. I would recommend something smaller such as rosy minnows, guppies, or if you get a heater, small tropical fish like tetras. ALL fish however, need filtration, not just an air pump.
Only some sharks are required to swim at all times. This is because the swimming motion helps water flow through its gills which enable it to breath. Other sharks have the ability to pump water through the gills without swimming.
An electric air pump oxygenates the water in an aquarium, this allows the fish in the fish tank to breath. if there was no air pump the water would lose its oxygen and the fish would drown.
To deter ants at the well pump, try spreading diatomaceous earth or cinnamon around the area to create a barrier. You can also use ant bait stations or sprays specifically designed to target ants while being safe for the well pump. Additionally, it may be helpful to identify and eliminate any food sources that are attracting the ants to the area.
Yes, can they live without air pump?

Approx 400gph return pump
Between a 500-gallon-per-minute pump and a 2,000-gallon-per-minute pump.
The price of gasoline varies from pump to pump, town to town, state to state. Multiply the price of a gallon where you live by 21 and you will have your answer.
Possible if you keep turning the water.
Yes, mine is fine!
no other wise it cant get the magic sparkles it needs from the water
pump eff. = (pump dynamic head x pump flow)/(pump h.p x 3960)flow=gallon per minute
500gph
At the pump station services Gasoline is sold by the gallon.
The US average in 1960 was 31 cents per gallon. That would be about $2.46 per gallon in today's dollars (2014).
