If the dog survived, perhaps. But this would be a really ignorant thing to try, and anyone who does should be brought up on charges of animal cruelty. I am not a vet or a physician, but just some common sense should lead you to some basic conclusions. The lung size to body size ratio is MUCH higher for dogs (more of their body volume is taken up with lung capacity), and they pant quite a lot. I would think that filling a dog's lungs with helium would then have a much more serious effect on a dog than on a human, and it's already dangerous enough for humans.
