Yes, if you are patient enough, however, it will be more difficult to train the goat to tell you when it has to pass bowel movements. They aren't dogs, but they can be trained to go on one specific place. Keep in mind that goats are supposed to be in a barn, in order to have the freedom to display normal activities.

Start by stable training the animal. If the goat doesn't get the hint that it shouldn't foul its stable, it won't figure out the concept of house training. When you see that it is not fouling its pen, and waiting until it is allowed out, you can move it into a small room and hope that it will recognize that is the same as the pen, as it comes to understand that you allow it a little more freedom.
