yes a turtle can get constipated , it has an immune system just like we do. So as a registered vet i say if you have been noticing no poo in the turtles tank wait for a couple days just to make sure their is no poo and if their isnt vist your local vet. Also if you want to try something else i would take it to petsmart and get some new food because maybe your not feeding him all of the vitamins and nutrients that your turtle needs. Or another suggesstion if your turtle is outside in the colder weather his immune system will freeze without a light and that could be a problem also. im saying this as a sertified vet with a phd degree and an owner of five baby turtles.
