Animals don't get married, but some do have monogamous or mostly monogamous mating relationships. It's a good strategy for animals which have few young at a time and need to spend a lot of energy to look after them till they reach maturity.
"Marriage" (as opposed to reproductive monogamy) is a social and legal concept. Two people who aren't married can nevertheless be faithful to each other. I'm not aware of any legal jurisdiction that actually allows animals other than humans to marry in an official sense.
If you want to pretend your dogs are married, feel free; just don't expect it to have any legal weight (or, for that matter, to make any difference to the dogs; they're not naturally monogamous, though coyotes are).
