I think dogs to cuz I saw two just barking at each other over and over and OVER! But they were being friendly so I think they were talking.

I believe they have a language of their own because THERE REALLY IS NO PROVEN FACT THAT DOGS DON'T!!! They are smart creatures. Who knows!!!!

No, animals cannot talk to humans in human languages. Animals communicate with each other using their own methods such as sounds, body language, and behavior. While some animals can be trained to respond to commands or cues from humans, they cannot speak in human language.

Why can't we talk to animals?

Animals communicate through different methods than humans, such as body language, vocalizations, and pheromones. Their understanding of language and ability to vocalize complex thoughts is limited compared to humans. While we can establish connections with animals through training, observation, and understanding their behaviors, true two-way verbal communication is not possible due to these differences in language and cognitive abilities.

Can people talk to animals?

While humans can communicate with animals through body language and vocal cues, animals do not understand human language in the same way that other humans do. Some individuals believe they can develop a deeper connection with animals through intuition and empathy, while others rely on training to establish specific commands and signals.

Why dont animals talk?

Animals communicate in ways other than verbal communication or talking. Animals communicate using body language (for instance a cat rubbing against your legs, a dog wagging its tail), sounds (barks, meows, chirps, growls, etc.) and in other, less obvious ways. Using body language and sounds are the animals way of "talking" to us.
