No. If you and the dog are both having trouble, it's probably another source. Maybe mold in the house or some other irritant that is close by. Check it out.

Yes, you can! Bronchitis can also occur after the flu has passed or is passing, as your alveoli may not be able to get rid of all the germs from the flu and then it may develop into a bacterial infection... bronchitis. You could also contract the diseases separately!
I'm presuming your dog has seen the Veterinarian hence how you know it is Bronchitis. If my memory serves me right, when my dog had Bronchitis and would not eat I fed him scrambled egg, grilled chicken with rice and even a omelet It's best to feed your dog light meals. Sometimes it helps to warm the food up slightly in a microwave for a couple of seconds (particularly when feeding tinned food) as the smell of the warm food seems to trigger a dogs saliva glands and results in him/her feeling hungry. Or failing that you can try adding some gravy to his/her food. If your dog is still not eating after 48 hours you will need to go back to your Veterinarian. If your dogs breathing becomes labored or he seems to be coughing or panting or wheezing more, make a appointment at your Veterinarian for that day. Unfortunately sometimes antibiotics will not teat a bronchitis infection on it's own and more intense medication is required such as steroids alongside antibiotics and on a worse case scenario, if there is no improvement it's possible that bronchitis can develop into pneumonia If you're concerned about your dog, please go back to your Veterinarian. At the end of the day you know your dog and you know if something is still not quite right with him. I hope your dogs better soon.
Bronchitis is a cold that is in your lungs. You can get from germs. Bronchitis is not usually contagious, so you probably won't get it from other people.
