Many people think that cats can see only in black and white, but they can see in a few others as well. They can see black, white, gray, yellows, blues, and purples. They cant see them as bright as us of course, but just a hint of the color. They cant tell the difference between oranges and reds and pinks, though. Im not sure about the green, but if you search online, it will give you more answers. For example if you are wearing a pair of blue jeans, a purple shirt, and red shoes, your cat will see the hint of the blue and purple, but your skin and shoes will be in black, gray, and white.

Does a human have better eye sight then a cat which one can see the farthest and which one can see the most detail?

cats have better eye sight, with colours, us and cats are about equal. cats can see the furthest and considering how far we can see, cats see far things in detail unlike humans, it gets blurry. our normal sight range are about the same, though cats can see things quicker than we can

Is a cat more coloredblind then a dog?

No, not nessesarally. Cats can't ditiguish all colors, but they can see blue, red, green,(they can't distiguish the differnce between red and green, like dogs) purple, and yellow. They can mostly see blue and yellow, and scientists think cats can see more shades of gray then us.

Do cats see black and white like dogs?

Cats are able to see some colors but with less vibrancy compared to humans. They have more rods than cones in their eyes, which allows them to see better in low light conditions. Cats have a keen sense of motion and can see well in low light, helping them to hunt effectively.

Do cats see in black and white or color?

Cats, like dogs, can see some colours: They can tell the difference between red, blue and yellow, and between red and green, although these are less distinguishable. Cats are able to distinguish between blues and violets better than between colours near the red end of the spectrum.Colour is of little importance to cats. They hunt by the motion of their prey, not by its colour.Another AnswerCats actually see in color - the colors they can see are between the yellow and purple spectrum and are not as vibrant as the colors we see. To them the object will look similar as we see it in color, but faded.
