No Guinea pigs can't eat grape fruits. It can give them a twisted stomach and just about anything with juice could hurt them but not everything. This applies to rabbits, ferrets and other animals like thet as well. Amy

I have really never tried giving my guinea pig cranberries but I really don't think it's a good Idea, because I think that if you feed cranberries eventually it will cause stomach problems and you wouldn't want that, so to stay on the safe side I wouldn't feed cranberries to a guinea pig.
