The mares (female horses) are in foal for 11 months. A mother or dam, recognises it's foal by smell. She spends the first hour after birth licking and sniffing her foal to create a bond between them. Mares produce milk for their young and will feed them for up to six months before they are weaned. During foaling, mares need peace and quiet. Disturbing them may cause their labour to stop. The most common time of year for a horse to be born is in spring. Mares shouldn't be ridden after they are five months pregnant. Mares normally come into season when the days are longest and warmest-from early spring into late autumn.Although mares become less fertile with age, she can still produce offspring into her late teens.Mares in season can be more sensetive than geldings (boy horses.) During this time some object to being brushed and having their girths ( a strap of material or leather that holds the saddle in place) and require sensetive handling. Though foals are so cute and cuddly, some mares sadly reject their foals. The foals can sometimes be raised by a foster mare.
As a horse owner myself, i can honestly say that i have never interacted with a more in tune animal than a horse. I recently found out that i am in my first trimester and my three horses have never treated me so differently. I have a gelding who follows me at my heals, and two mares who calmly rest their noses on my belly. So yes, i believe that horses, and not only horses but other animals(i have three dogs who recently refuse to lay on me or jump up to me) are very sensitive to a human pregnancy especially if deeply connected with the mother to be.
Just like a female woman- they usually become stubborn, generally mare-ish.
The become more interested in having male company (stallion or gelding).
== == No it doesn't. Pregnancy tests work by detecting a hormone only present in pregnant human females. The hormone is called hCG (HUMAN chorionic gonadotropin). You will need to call your vet to see if your horse is pregnant.
I have seen so many questions like this and I must stress JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE THE SAME GENDER DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE THE SAME WEIGHT! There are many different breeds of horses and some are MUCH taller then others. Would it make sense for a male human that is 5'4'' to weigh the same as a male human that is 6' NO!!!!!!!!!!
No. Because when they run, their back legs hit their tummy, and could squish the baby. yes but not after 3 weeks of pregnancy
No thereis no such thing as a pregnancy test for dogs that you can buy, and no a human pregnancy test will not work
No.

usaully you are able to tell within the first 2-4weeks. how ever the easiest way to tell if you are unsure is to go to your chemist purchase a human home pregnancy test and follow the instructions on your horse, as the hcg wich is measured to confirm a pregnancy is the same between humans and horses, horses just have a higher reading when pregnant. how ever do be sure to go to your vet.
Yes, horses can sense weather, and, the horses can predict when there is going to be an earthquake. They start bucking and neighing at each other. Hipprocker x

No, thinking is not a human sense

Horses do not have a religion. It is a human trait.
Blind horses can not see, that is why they are called blind. The other senses will get better to help compensate for the blindness, the sense of smell will get better and the sense of touch will get better, as will the horses hearing.
Cows pregnancy is closest to a human pregnancy by number of gestation days . Cow gestation roughly 9 1/2 months. Human gestation roughly 9 months
Yes, horses can feel a mosquito land on them.
The most highly developed human sense is vision.
