Yes humans can eat sharks, but it is starting to be prohibited in many places because many shark species are becoming endangered.

There are no documented attacks from the Sixgill shark and they aren't normally aggresive towards humans anyway,most sharks aren't intrested in humans they just mistake us for turtles,seal and anything that they wanna eat!! later :D
