If you are talking about a newborn kit, they should open there eyes when they are 10 days old. If you are talking about an adult rabbit, then that means the rabbit got a liquid in its eye. When the rabbit fell asleep, the liquid hardened and sealed the eye shut like glue. To open the eye again, you should rinse the eye off with warm water (not to hot, not to cold). If this still continues after you rinsed it off, consider contacting your vet.
The rabbit has got an eye infection - conjunctivitis- this needs antibiotics to cure, a trip to the vet or a knowledgeable rabbit person is in order.

Yes rabbits are best in pairs like my rabbits, i had one to start with and she was really lonely so we bought another one and they are both really happy together, if you do get two rabbits, only get one boy and one girl because if you get two girls they fight and its the same with boys.
It is a genetic disease that causes a rabbits tail to twist to one side. It is common in larger rabbits with bigger tails.
Yes, rabbits have pupils. They just may not be as easily distinguised as in humans or other pets such as dogs. Like most mammals, rabbits have eyes to see with. While there may be differences from one type of animal to another, generally an eye is made up of a cornea, a PUPIL, an iris, a lens, a retina, an optic nerve, and so on. The pupil is the 'hole' in the center of the iris that allows light to enter the retina.
Rabbits live in a warren. It is also called a burrow.

Rabbits do not have a third eye... they have an extra eye lid that is seen occasionally when a rabbit is sick.
