Wild horses face many dangers, however their greatest danger is us, people. Farmers get angry with them for eating their crops and decide to shoot them sometimes, and ranchers do the same thing sometimes to keep their herds from being un-pure because of a wild stallion mating with one of their horses. We people also give them another fear. When the bureau of land management rounds up the great American mustangs out west, they sell them and after a year is up they do not check on the horses anymore, which leaves some owners choices i am rather disgusted by: selling the horse to a slaughter house or money a Pound for their meat. some people eat horse in other countries as well as this one, so some buyers decide to send them to a slaughter house. But as for other predators that lurk in the wilderness besides us include: mountain lions, probably wolves, disease, and probably not much else. Horses are very fast and can reach speeds of up to 45 miles per hour, so when they run, they can most of the time run away from any predator chasing them.
Wild horses are not trained, and they usually live in the wild with a herd. On the other hand, tame horses are fully, maturely trained for shows or other activities. Tame horses usually live in stables or farms. If you are in the process of training a wild horse, get research and make sure you know what your doing.
They are tamed by the way this is a 8 year old
Wild animals?
There are several types of wild horses. In America, there are Mustangs, which is a specific breed of horse decending from the Spanish horses that escaped the Spaniards when America was still a new land. Some people call any wild horse a Mustang, but a horse can only really be a Mustang if it is of that line. On the east coast, there are several islands called Chincoteague and Aussaeteague (spelling may be wrong). Protected wild ponies roam the island of Aussaeteague, and once a year, they're driven across the channel and some are selected to be sold, but most are released again.
I don't know but if your looking for a truly wild horse or pony ect (one that has never been tamed before) you have to look in Mongolia there called something like taki I thinks that's how you say it tak-i but I don't know who you spell it

Your will be given the lasso when you start the story mission from Bonnie MacFarlane called "Wild Horses, Tamed passions". This is early in the game.
Horses were and still are tamed so that people may ride them. A wild horse must be tamed because it would have never had a person riding it before, so it would try to buck a person off.
Because of their shy and wild nature it has not been done yet.

Wild horses live on the plains and forests. While tamed horses who are owned by someone live in stalls of stables and in their pastures.
