Yes, guinea Pigs can be "desexed" there are a few things you should know if considering getting your guinea pig fixed though... 1. it can stress your little pig 2. because of stress and pain they may not eat and would starve 3. your vet might give your pig pain meds which might also make them not eat over all its not really a good idea unless you have a good exotic animal vet who does it on a regualar basis because they know more about it and will not let them leave unless they eat!
