Why do people train horses in the morning?

In the summer i train my horse about 5am before i go to school, i like it better in the morning as my horse is always bright awake and he is more forward going he does tend to buck and rear a few times but i it keeps me alert and prepared for anything he tries to do. Also it is calmer your alone in the arena. i also dont have time some evenings with my coursework for exams and my other sports. i do have to train some other horses sometimes as well so i can train mine in the morning and then train the others later in the day.
