No, all horses are trained to fall and alot of the scenes are done with special effects.
The first horses to arrive in the Americas came aboard ship with the Spanish Conquistadors of the very late fifteenth and the sixteenth centuries. These were largely pure-bred Spanish horses of breeds such as the Andalusian, Jennet, and Barb. The mustangs of the American West are descended from horses that escaped captivity, or were turned loose by Spanish settlers. Over the last century and a half, they have inter-bred with horses escaped from and released by Anglo settlers, and their breed diluted. Purer forms of the Spanish horses exist still in the stock of Caribbean Paso Fino horses, Latin American Criollo horses, and especially in the refined Peruvian Paso horses found in Peru, and increasingly imported and bred in the USA.

The last answer was wrong! Horses may trample on the chickens, bird flu or any illness from the chickens may pass on to the horses... Try to move the chickens into a separate pen. horses are fine with chickens but the horses could get a bit adjetated so it would have to be a big clean pen. also it is not that good for chickens to peck at horse poo but it will not make an impacked on the chickens be sure your chickens don't have bird flue Horses have different systems then chickens and cannot contract the bird flu anymore then a human can. Sickness is not the issue. A horse may easily trample a chicken which seriously cuts down on the life span of the chicken.
In the movie "Last of the Dogmen," Tom Berenger rode a buckskin horse. Buckskin horses have a cream-colored coat with black points on their manes, tails, and lower legs. This coloration is a result of a dilution gene acting on a bay base coat color. Buckskin horses are known for their striking appearance and are popular choices for Western riding disciplines.
