The only real threat a rabbit would need a jab for would be maxamotosis. deadly if rabbits catch it. A disease that makes them ill and the rabbits gets scabs n blotchrs all over it. at that stage it wud surely die. its best to have your rabbit jabbed every year to prevent this, although admitedly mine have never been done.
Most boarding kennels do require proof of immunization in order for your pet to stay there. This reduces thier liability to other pet owners. Most places in the U.S. require rabies vaccination by law anyway.
Dwarf rabbits need the same vaccinations as all pet rabbits. What vaccinations are required for your pet rabbit depends on where you live. In the UK, rabbits require two vaccinations: one against Myxomatosis and the other against VHD (Viral Hemorrhagic Disease). there should be two weeks between the administration of these vaccinations. In many parts of North America, however, no vaccinations are required (or even available) for rabbits at all. Contact a local pet rabbit organization or a "rabbit-savvy" vet to find out what vaccinations are required for rabbits in your area.
No they are not. Lionhead rabbits are domestic rabbits with a mane gene. The mane gene is dominant so any rabbit that is bred to another that has a mane has a 50% chance of getting a mane. Since domestic rabbits can not mate with wild rabbits (in the US) you will not see Lionheads in the wild, unless someone dumped them there.
Sedum is not listed on Poisonous Plants for Rabbits (link below), but in gardening circles it's widely reputed that wild rabbits don't often eat it. So, it may not be toxic, but I don't think you should give any to your pet rabbit.
It entirely depends on the store, try contacting your local pet stores, and evaluate their rabbits before buying one.

Pet stores get their rabbits from people who breed their pet rabbits.

No, rabbits do not have the ability to purr.
you can buy them at many pet shops but it is better to go to a humane society because then you give a neglected bunny a home
All rabbits need vet care! Dwarf rabbits need the same care in all aspects as other pet rabbits do. See the related questions below for info and helpful links.
