male birds are like human males and human males can't lay eggs.
they can only help make fertilise an egg, and before it is laid. Well as you can see here female birds and human girls lay eggs or in other words get pregnat. But if your 'male' bird starts laying eggs mabey it's not a male, it's a female bird, but if your really positive that its a boy go see an animal doctor or check online for more infromation and then you can find out weather its a girl or boy or maybe befor you get a bird you should check its gender then you would know weather it lays eggs or not!
