Even though some sources say "no", I've raised three Bloodhounds; two from the same litter, and one from a completely different "family", and they all have webbed feet. The two from the same litter love swimming. The other has never been in water deep enough to swim.
No. Basset Hounds are dogs bred for hunting. They are pawed animals like all dogs.

Ducks have no blood vessels or nerves in their feet so they don't feel the freezing cold water.Their webbed feet also makes them go faster when swimming because if they didn't have webbed feet, water would go right through the spaces and they are adapted to living on water.
All dogs have webbed feet
yes they can swim in water if they have webbed feet
Duck-wise, webbed feet is just a natural body formation. Webbed feet are formed within the process of a duck in an egg. Every specie of water-bird (i.e. goose, duck, swan....) has webbed feet! It's a natural thing! Humans cannot have webbed feet because there is no purpose for humans to HAVE webbed feet unless you swim a lot.
