We were minding a blue tongue lizard for a friend and in the morning it was no where to be seen... so we came to the asumtion that it climbed out... we would never have thought so though.
no you dont beacause blue tongue lizards cant bite hard
No , Blue tongue lizards do not lay eggs like many other types of lizards. They give birth to live lizards.
I think when you asked if lizards "have babies" you may be asking if lizards give birth to live young. Most lizards lay eggs. However there are some lizards such as the blue tongue skink who give birth to live young. Therefore the blue tongue skink "have babies" rather than laying eggs.
Yes, most reptiles hibernate because they are cold-blooded and when it gets cold they cannot warm themselves properley so they connot move quick enough and cannot defend themselves, so they go into hiding and hibernate. (I have a blue tongue lizard and he is currently hibernating)
No!,,you should never keep blue tongue lizards together,(captive or wild). you should always stay away from wild lizards.

the blue tailed dosent have a blue tongue and the blue tongue lizard hasn't got a blue tail. :)
the blue tongue lizard uses its tongue as a defense mechanism. When a predator sees the blue tongue it thinks the lizard is poisonous, when it isn't.
yes they are.
