No. The primary reason that a cow or any bovine moos is because they want something. When an animal or human wants something, that doesn't mean they are happy. When cows are quiet, and not mooing and acting normally, that's when they're happy.
Pigs do wag their tails. Tail wagging can mean happy but it can also mean that the pig in question is looking to fight. It is usually a good indicator that they are not scared or extremely agitated.
No. Cows are not dogs nor should ever be confused with them, nor their behaviours. Dogs don't even really wag their tails when happy: wagging can be a sign of nervousness or insecurity or something of that nature. A happy dog is one that is relaxed and has his mouth open in a sort of "smile" but not with teeth bared.
Now, lets go with cows here. A cow "wags" her tail because she is either really angry and threatening towards you or another cow, under too much stress (in pain or very fearful of restraint/restriction) and just about ready to explode, or the flies are really bothering her. (If it's the former, no flies are on her or bugging her and she's not being restrained, get out fast.) With a calf it's a little different, so it can be considered a "happy" behaviour, especially if you see a calf downing a bottle of milk or suckling at his mother's udder.
Cat's don't typically wag their tails. Not like dogs, anyway. Purring is probably the best indicator. When a cat is upset their tails generally stay still and their ears point back and you can hear them growl. Anything other than that is usually a happy cat.
No, not really but they do "dance" when they are feeling frisky and are inviting a buddy to play butting-heads with her.
Oink, oink!! Also emits the same sound when sad I suppose.

Dogs wag their tails. Tails could sometimes tell the dog's emotion. When dogs wag their tail it means that the dog is happy and want to play. When the dog's tail is not waging but it is down by their back legs means they are sad or scared.

If the dog is wagging it's tail than it's probably happy. But dogs don't always wag their tails because they are happy. I think its just a sign of communication. Sometimes aggressive dogs will wag their tails. I don't know whether is subconscious or not - but I certainly believe it to be a way of communicating.

Foxes do not wag their tails except for a small population resulting from a breeding experiment in Russia. Other than that tail wagging is unique to domestic dogs.
