Not in the same way you would milk a mammal to extract milk, however, "milking" a snake is done to extract venom from the fangs. Venom is used to study and create anti-venom for pharmaceutical companies.

Another Explanation

You need a jar and some latex. You cover the jar with the latex and then press the fangs through it, and the pressure against the venom glands causes it to be secreted. Another method is electrical stimulation. You press the fangs through the latex and have someone else apply the electrodes to either side of the head. It is a very small voltage and causes the venom glands to contract and secrete the venom. Works on the same principle as the slimming machines where you place electrode on your body to work a certain muscle group. Please very very careful if you do not have any experience and are planning to attempt this.
