Dwarf Rabbits and any other small breed would benefit from coming inside in very extreme weather but it is not a written rule. A proper cage with plenty of bedding and protection from the wind and weather make it possible for any breed to stay outside.
it all depends on the weather and how old the rabits are. if it is a nice sunny day then leave then out in the shade.
You shouldn't take it into the house because the heat can dry out the rabbit's skin, but you should not leave it in the open garden. Move the hutch or cage into a shed or garage.
because they are so short and the tall rabbits make fun of them :)
Sometimes rabbits may come out in the afternoon to eat but they go to sleep in the morning!

At the end of summer/begin autumn, rabbits usually store some extra food in their burrows. In winter, they spend most of the day safely underground, sleeping a lot although they do not hibernate. During sunnier and drier days, the rabbits come out and feed. But when there's a lot of snow, they prefer to stay indoors. However, if they're hungry, they need to get out to feed. Luckily, their fur is well suited for the winter. Some rabbits are even known to store food in their burrow, even during winter. They rarely come out, only during sunny, dry days. But that is very exceptional, extremely rare behaviour.

Domestic rabbits come in many different sizes, everywhere from dwarf to giant. As one would expect, dwarf rabbits are much smaller in size than standard rabbits; adults of this breed generally range from only 1 to 3 pounds. Standard rabbits have a wider range of sizes, depending on the specific breed, but adults commonly average from 4 to 8 pounds. And then there's breeds like the Flemish Giant, adults of which weigh in anywhere from 14 up to a whopping 22 pounds.
