A green Tree frog eat insects and plants like leaves and other stuff like that in the Rain forest
The tree frog eats, beleive it or not: Smaller species of frogs! And of course, they also eat bugs like praying mantises, flies,etc.

Frogs do not eat leaves.Yes, they do sit on lillypads which are like leaves but they do not eat leaves. Also frogs eat flies and maybe other bugs but not leaves
