Frogs' diets vary depending on their size and habitat. Some frogs do eat worms, but not exclusively. This is not a common diet. If you have a pet frog, only ever feed it the worms that you buy at the pet shop. Never dig up worms to feed them to a frog. There are worms that vary so subtly that a non-expert cannot tell them apart, but one is deadly toxic and one is safe. Wild frogs know but a lot of captive bred frogs will eat the poisonous ones anyway and will die.
You shouldn't. I have a treefrog at home and he LOVES to eat crickets, so try feeding it that. Or feed it mealworms or waxworms as treats.
P.S. for the crickets, my frog is smaller so I feed him pinhead crickets which are smaller than regular crickets. If your frog is bigger, get it regular crickets
African dwarf frogs do not have teeth, so they swallow their food whole. Usually they will live peacefully with snails in the aquarium but, on rare occasions these frogs will eat water snails and brittle shells.

Some other common foods that may be feed to your pet is just about any insect you find on your windows at night. Flies are great, but for smaller frogs you will need to pull off the wings. This will enable your small frog to catch the fly. One other item that should be noted is that pet store do carry Frog and Tadpole Bites, or other varieties which some frogs will eat. Blood worms are another good choice for feeding small and medium sized frogs. Just make sure you place the worms is a small lid such as a gallon milk lid.

Well, frogs are scientifically nocturnal, therefore leading them to eat the worms, and worms don't eat frogs, so realistically frogs should have more population than worms because they don't get eaten by as many predators no matter what ecosystem they or you or them or him or she or it or anything!
