You may feed them bell peppers, but please don't feed guinea pigs other peppers like red hot chili peppers. Bell peppers are full of vitamin c, and all you have to do is to get one, slice it in half, remove seeds and give it to the guinea pig to chow on. DON'T GIVE ANY OTER PEPPER BY MISTAKE!!!
