No, leeches do not have setae and that is one of the major differences that sets them apart from organisms such as earthworms or other marine worms when categorizing them in classes. So leeches/earthworms/and marine worms are all in the same Phylum - Phylum Annelids (Segmented Worms) but they're all in separate classes.

So Polychaeta (Marine Worms) and Oligochaeta (Earthworms) - have many setae but Hirudinea (Leeches), do not.

Leeches do not have lungs, nor do they have gills. They recieve oxygen from the blood they intake.

Leeches do have legs, but you cannot see them. Don't be fooled, many people think leeches have no legs, but they are wrong.

a leech has for legs which is two pairs. You can not see ant legs and that is why lots of people do not think a leech has legs.
