of course! if you have a lizard that keeps it's eyes open all the time then you just have to took at its neck i think. i noticed that when my Crested Gecko (which doesnt have eyelids) are asleep their neck skin doesnt move as much. other than that its hard to tell if your eyelidless lizard is asleep. if you just wanted to know if they sleep then...yes.
