yes-i have a chihuahua and she sleeps all day long. But if you think that there is something wrong you might prefer to go to the vet.
Yes- Pregnant cat's are constantly supplying nutrients to their unborn kittens. This requires more energy than she's used to, so it's perfectly natural that she'll sleep or just lay around all day.

After a long day of being sick from having so many kittens. it happened to mine like 2 times. my cat had 9 kittens.. but.. she was'NT that sick she just would'NT drink or eat and there is a disease what they can get its called parvo D: they catch it from other peoples yards.. were they die aswell.. and they frosit to the mouth and don't eat or drink and you wake up the next morning there dead.. it happened to my friends dog! ;Crys; It Was Simply Sad
